Reservation Confirmation
- You will received the confirmation within 24 hours (During day time GMT +7). In case you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
Waiting time (without extra charge)
- The driver will be waiting 1 hour 30 minutes after your actual flight landed. If you have already selected a pick up time, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes to pick you up. Otherwise there will be additional charge.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation 24 hours prior to pick up time.
- Cancellation less than 24hours or No show will be non-refundable.
Baggage information
- Standard baggage sizes: 20-24 Inch
- Pets and large baggage such as skis, surfboard, wheelchairs and golf bag cannot be reserved.
- The company reserve the right to refuse your reservation. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit or does not comply with our rules.
Booking requirement
IMPORTANT :
- Children and infants must be count as 1 passenger.
- Children under 5 years old are required to use a child seat. Please specify in additional items.
Additional service fee
- Child seats: THB 200 per seat
- Additional waiting time: 300 Thai Baht per hour.
