Cancellation Policy
- The booking is Non-refundable or exchanges.
- For cancellations made at least 48 hrs. prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply.
- For cancellations made less than 47 hrs. prior to the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
Term and conditions
- The booking must be made at least 3 working days prior to arrival date.
- This coupon can be used on the selected date and time only.
- This service is available at Suvarnabhumi airport only.
